You will not be eligible for this promotion if Temu determines that you have engaged in, or instructed or permitted any third party to engage in, any inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or abnormal behaviors.
The following orders/portions of an order/order amounts will not be considered eligible for cashback calculation:
• Orders not placed through the promotional links provided by BMO Blue Rewards；
• Orders placed more than 24 hours after clicking the promotional links provided by BMO Blue Rewards；
• Items purchased using One Click Pay (a special transaction process on Temu);
• Items added to the shopping cart before the Promotion Period starts;
• Order amounts deducted through the use of vouchers, promotional offers, store credits, or gift cards. Only actual payment amount will be eligible for cashback calculation;
• Canceled, returned or refunded order amounts;
• Taxes and shipping fees;
• Purchases made for resale or wholesale purposes;
• Orders placed via browser extensions or plugins;
• Orders placed using discount codes not provided by BMO Blue Rewards;
• Orders for which cookies or other tracking tools used by Temu are disabled or not permitted;
• Orders involving in any inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or abnormal activities determined by Temu.
